    Before starting teaching practice at Future School, we took part in an observation class. In the observation class, we saw how the teacher taught the students. From these observations, I got the experience of learning how to teach in the first class. Every time before starting learning, we must start with a motivational class to open students' minds to what material will be discussed today, for example, through songs, pictures, and also watching the second video. Always give students appreciation like good job or gib. to students when answering the third question by providing material that must have lots of pictures, and lastly, always give students the opportunity to read text or dialogue to practice speaking and vocabulary. 


Learning materials at future schools will use multiple sources. Teachers usually use a book that students use entitled "Every Body Up" in class 1, Every Body Up 1 and so on, and use YouTube and the internet. In learning, the teacher makes a PowerPoint, or the teacher can also give examples by writing on the blackboard. 


   First,  teachers can give rules to students during class and review the material. Second, when starting the class, namely the motivation class, the teacher can use pictures, videos, and songs according to the day's material in the class. Third, the teacher begins to present the material and invites students to participate actively when the teacher asks questions or students are asked to practice in front of the class in the form of dialogue. Fourth, students are asked to do exercises in group form, and after teaching, they are give independent evaluation of the day's material.


Learning Resources and Technology at Future school. I use student books which are books used for teachers and student books which are books used for students to do exercises. The book is titled "EVERYBODY UP 4" By Patrick Jascson and Susan Banman Sileci and the 2nd student book "EVERYBODY UP 5" by Kathleen Kampa and Charles Vilina, because I teach 4 classes with two different topics. Then I made a power point containing materials, videos and pictures related to English. Then the power point is presented through the TV that we have available in the classroom. Sometimes in the learning process in one class there is also an assistant teacher when explaining using English and the students do not understand the assistant teacher who explains using Vietnamese. In the power point I also input a little Vietnamese to help students understand quickly.
